30/70

30 days until Dr. Kwak-Kim Part I.

70 days until Dr. Kwak-Kim Part II.

Today is also CD1. My ovaries are getting shut down. This chick is going on the pill. I can't risk getting my period for my appointment (my average cycle has been 31 days after all this IF nonsense). These ovaries have caused me nothing but pain. They had their shot.

Marathon training has been going well. Rachel & I pounded out 18 miles yesterday. It hurt. But it felt great.

  1. Wow- 18 miles! I'm very impressed :) I am also CD1 and started the pill today. We have our FS appointnment at the end of August and will hopefully cycle with our donor in September. Will be counting down the days until then and checking in to see how you're going :)

  2. Do you have an alarm to remind you take that sucker? I was an avid, "Oops, I forgot to take the pill. Double Up. Triple Up. Darn... let me just wait till I get AF and start a new pack" kinda chick! I sucked.

And we totally got through that 18 miles. O.M.G. two more weeks till 20. AHHHHHH. We can do this; one week at a time. I'm super jealous of your yoga classes and have been searching for a yoga studio nearby. I'll tell you more about what I'm interested in on our STEP DOWN run. Oh yeah. 12 miles. bring it.

    PS I miss you!!!

    1. It is getting closer :) 18 miles is a long time to be out there, but you'd be surprised what you could do if you built up to it the right way. I bet you'd be able to do it!!
